President
Tom Wallace has served as President of IDS Corp., for twenty-two years.
IDS is an SBA licensed certified development company, based in Florida and providing SBA related services in over a dozen other states, under SBA approved contracts. Total 504 loans serviced are approximately $300MM.
Wallace served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL), the SBA lenders trade association, for seventeen years where he served multiple terms as Chair of the 504 Committee. He also served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO), the CDC lender's trade association, for seven years. While on the NADCO Board he served as Chair of the 504PAC and Chair of the Audit Committee. He is the only person ever to have been simultaneously elected to both Boards.
Wallace has published extensively in the RMA Journal and the Banking Law Journal on SBA related topics.
He has won SBA’s Financial Services Advocacy Award (FL) and the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) McDowell Leadership Award.
He holds an MBA from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College, where he was awarded The Sherman Fellowship, a BA-Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York, and was a Foreign Scholarship Student at Peking University, PRC.

Margaret Guzinski is the SVP of Operations at IDS Corp. Margaret has been at IDS Corp since 2001, after spending 15 years as a Commercial Loan Officer with both community and regional/super-regional banks. Margaret specializes in all aspects of the 504 process, from underwriting to closing/funding of the loans. She received her Finance Degree from University of Florida.

Eric Miller is SVP Chief Financial Officer of IDS Corp.; other responsibilities include Portfolio Management, Loan Servicing, Liquidation & Workout. Eric has been with IDS Corp since 2005, after spending over 25 years in the Banking Industry with expertise in Private Banking, Commercial Lending, and Loan Review. He earned a Finance Degree from the University of Central Florida.

William Ridgeway is a Vice President at IDS Corp and has been at IDS Corp since 2005. William specializes in underwriting and portfolio management. William received his MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University and BA from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Pamela W Peters is a Vice President at IDS Corp and has been an underwriter for IDS Corp for over five years. She has been working in banking since 1990 with various banks, including Barnett, Wells Fargo, Busey, and SunTrust, now Truist. She has held a variety of positions including EVP and Senior Credit Officer, Commercial Banking Team Lead, and has also served as the Healthcare lending specialist with the SunTrust Wealth Management group. She previously served as the local chapter president for RMA and also served as the National Chairperson for the RMA Credit Information Committee where she was included on a team that reviewed and helped to update many of the RMA lending publications. She is also a retired professor from the local community college where she taught classes in the Human Services Department and helped to develop much of the on line Human Services curriculum. She has also taught several RMA banking classes on credit and lending.
She holds an MA degree from FGCU and is a licensed mental health counselor.

Karl Williams is a Vice-President at IDS Corp. Karl joined IDS Corp. in 2019. Karl is responsible for developing, structuring, underwriting, and originating loans through the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program. He received his MBA from Gannon University in Erie, PA.

Philip von Keyserlingk is a Senior Underwriter and Vice President at IDS Corp. Philip has been with IDS Corp for over 9 years after spending over 17 years as a commercial and government guaranteed loan officer with both community and regional banks. Philip began his SBA lending career as a Business Development Specialist at the Small Business Development Center, and throughout his banking tenure, focused on originating and servicing SBA loans for small businesses. He is the recipient of the 2009 SBA Financial Services Champions Award for the Corpus Christi, Texas SBA Branch Office, has served on the Regional Lender and SBA 504 Loan committees of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, and was a former board member of the Florida Lenders Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders. Philip specializes in SBA 504 loan origination, underwriting, and servicing. He received an MBA-Finance from Texas A&M and a BBA-Economics from the University of Texas.

Anna Guthrie is the Assistant Vice President, Underwriting & Operations at IDS Corp. With 14 years of experience in the commercial loan industry, Anna brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at IDS Corp, where she joined in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

Dan served the public for 20 years immersed in the community banking industry. He was committed to making people's dreams of home and auto ownership come true and meeting the financial needs of the small businesses in his community.
He started with IDS in the fall of 2018 with servicing the Small Business Administration 504 loans. He specializes in their financial analysis, annual reviews and portfolio audits.
He is a Florida State alumni. When he is not crunching numbers, he is spending time with his family, hiking and exploring Southwest Florida

Heidi Tibert has been employed with IDS Corp. for over 10 years as an servicing specialist and loan operations staff. Heidi primarily oversees the insurance portfolio for IDS and manages the office administrative functions. She has previously worked for various financial institutions and was a licensed appraiser in the State of Mass. specializing in both residential and commercial properties.

Andrew Berger is the Assistant Vice President, Underwriting and Operations at IDS Corp. Andrew joined IDS Corp in 2025 with over three years of CDC and operations work experience. Andrew specializes in SBA loan origination, packaging and servicing. Andrew received his master’s degree in Political Science from City College of New York, CUNY.
