Founded in 1991, Independent Development Services Corporation (IDS Corp.) finances real estate for small businesses

IDS Corp. is a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified Development Company (CDC) authorized to facilitate the SBA 504 loan program in the state of Florida. Our purpose is to provide funding to small business owners in order to promote economic development and job creation for our local communities. ​Services include SBA loan packaging, underwriting, servicing and secondary market sales.

IDS has funded in excess of $154 million for over 200 businesses that created over 2,600 jobs.

The 504 loan program helps businesses grow and expand by acquiring and / or improving long-lived fixed assets such as land, building, machinery, and equipment. In addition, the 504 loan program allows small business owners to refinance existing qualified debts at favorable terms and rates with or without the expansion requirements.

IDS Corp. has Accredited Lenders Program (ALP) status with the SBA, which gives us increased authority to process, close and service loans quickly.

An IDS Letter of Intent (LOI) provides a clear and comprehensive layout of the project, which provides the necessary information to make an informed decision.
