SRD Corporation begins use of Loan Application Tracking System

SRD Corporation has begun the active use of its proprietary software; Loan Application Tracking System (LATS). LATS allows all parties to a transaction to follow in near-real time and considerable detail the progress and developments of their loan under the SBA 504 program. Borrowers, lenders and approved third-party consultants or vendors (Such as attorneys, realtors or brokers.) will be able to logon to a secure website and track the flow of documents and information required to approve, close, and fund loans made under the SBA 504 program. Additionally, through the secure website, all approved parties will be able to directly communicate in an open forum, promoting the sharing of information to the speeding of a common goal, the timely and orderly funding of an agreed upon loan.
