Through contractual agreements with local licensed CDC's, IDS Corporation is capable of coordinating 504 services in several states beyond Florida, including: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Maryland, Texas, Ohio, New York, Indiana, South Carolina, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Colorado.

Our mission is to revolutionize the way 504 loans are provided to borrowers by providing the most efficient vehicle for both lenders and borrowers to utilize the SBA 504 program. By using our proprietery software "Deal Builder Online" loan officers can accurately structure and quote SBA 504 loans in under 15 minutes while sitting in the customer's office. The software's output is either available by email or printing with the loan officer's contact information and lender branding/logo. Output includes: project sources & uses of funds, an estimate of closing costs (both debenture issuance and real estate conveyance related), an estimate of the debenture pre-payment premiums, and comparisons to common financing alternatives.

Through our proprietary software, "Loan Application Tracking System" (LATS) all parties to a transaction can track the status of transaction 24/7/365 in near real time from initial credit consideration through to the funding of the debenture.
