IDS Corporation was licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration in May 1996 to operate as a "Certified Development Company" to promote the 504 loan program. From offices in North Ft. Myers and Orlando, we serve the entire state of Florida. Through contractual agreements with local licensed CDC's, IDS Corporation is capable of coordinating 504 services in several states beyond Florida, including: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Maryland, and Texas.
Our mission is to revolutionize the way 504 loans are provided to borrowers by providing the most efficient vehicle for both lenders and borrowers to utilize the SBA 504 program. Through our proprietary software, "Loan Application Tracking System" (LATS) all parties to a transaction can track the status of transaction 24/7/365 in near real time from initial credit consideration through to the funding of the debenture.
